Not happy...I see they have taken control of my facebook account as OWNERS. I gave them permission to help with advertising BUT I DID NOT GIVE THEM OWNERSHIP. I am having a hard time getting through to them to have this fixed!!!! They did NOT need to take ownership to help with marketing. #$%!#$#$!#$!#$!#$! I can not tell you how angry I am. I tried to post my own video and I was refused.

problems since day 1 never secured my domain never forwarded my emails as requested 3 times takes 2 times to change my business hours and when the price was raised and I complained I was told it doesn't matter if I cancelled. terrible customer service my contract renewed in Feb it is April 3 and they will not cancel. found out today APR 4 2018 the email attached to my website does not exist and I have not been getting emails for FIVE YEARS.....

I would highly recommend that you avoid using Yellow pages. Customer service is the worst I have every experienced. The cost for advertising essentially advertises you to other sales companies either offering the exact same services or other products including scams and unwanted calls. They deem this as successful advertising. I did not receive any sales or leads from Yellow Pages. Use your dollars for either Google Ads or paying yourself to use social media more often.

They do a ton of work to get you into a contract then do not help with advertising in the slightest bit. Locked into a contract for a year for 500/month. They pretend to drop calls and don't respond back. Should be illegal what they're doing.
