I suppose the one star I am forced to give could be given to the fact that they replied to my initial email fairly promptly. Apart from that, working with this place was something of a disaster! We wanted jackets embroidered with our logo and website - we discussed at length (face to face) the position, thread etc etc. We watched as everything was written on an order form. Then we went through the sample of hats/caps they had in store, and again, decided on the make and style, the position and thread for logo and text. We watched as everything was written down on an order form. We made a request that the jackets be a rush order if possible, and were told this would be no problem. We were also under the impression the hats would be ordered that day too. We then received several calls from staff wishing to confirm our order, even though everything had been agreed upon and written down at our face to face meeting at the store. We asume this delay was what caused the jackets to be delivered late. When we did eventually receive them, the logos were not in the correct positions on two of the 3 jackets, and the same with some of the text we ordered. The work on one jacket is not particularly up to scratch either - the material is bunched and it looks messy. When we went to pick up the jackets we were told that the hats were yet to be ordered. We, again, went through the process of checking style, thread etc. This was all written down. Again. The hats took almost 4 weeks to be ready to pick up. During this time I sent a couple of emails asking for an update, and received a curt, bordering-on-rude reply to these emails. When at long long last the hats were ready to pick up, they turned out to be a different style of cap to the ones we originally ordered. The lettering on the back of the caps is not centred or straight, and each cap appears to have slightly different positioning of logo and lettering. Frankly, it's careless, shoddy work. Unfortunately for us we needed the hats for an event 3 days later and didn't have time to argue the point. We made do. What a waste of our time and money this place was! Would definitely NOT recommend you getting your products from this store. There's plenty of other choices locally!

I use Lone Pine for most of my corporate apparel. I've never had any problems, a pleasure to deal with!
