I started with Social Hero Media for a political campaign and now continuing as an entrepreneur. I look for intuitive services and that’s what I experienced with this dynamic company. The strongest benefits I found was that they understood how to create a road map, align, and execute fresh directional strategies about branding, marketing, and advertising whether for political campaigns or business products and services. At the beginning of any project, I found that the team really got it right out the gate. They quickly understood the directions, cut through the traditional, and carefully created innovative features, processes, and solutions across various media platforms. My goals were met with professionalism, focus, and quality at the core. Real measurable results for the investment are important, and this company and team delivered beyond my expectations. I put my own website together a few years ago, making tweaks here and there to the best of my ability and knowledge, focusing mostly on aesthetic and information, but out of my depth when it came to SEO or making sure I had appropriate keywords to get my site noticed by Google. I talked to Kim at Social Hero Media about my woes, and she offered a free audit of my website to give me a better understanding of where my website was currently at in the eyes of an expert. I was presented with an easily understandable PDF document of what Social Hero thought could be improved, and what was already working well. This was great starting point for me to understand the services that Social Hero could offer me to improve my site rankings and overall ease of use for my customers. Once we decided on what items were most important to improve, Ryan got to work. He did things I didn’t think were possible on the web host provider I was using, and made changes I would have never thought of. He kept my current visuals and design and improved on them. He also optimized settings and keywords to improve my rankings, which is so important to me as a local business owner trying to get my name noticed among millions of others. My website is one of my strongest marketing tools and now it’s even better. I recommend getting this audit done for any business owner – you never know where improvements can be made and the Social Hero team will definitely not disappoint you!
