We were immediately impressed with Tannerâ€™s knowledge of the market and his patience as viewed numerous houses searching for the one that met our needs. Tanner set us up with a great program that searched for what we wanted and only showed us houses that met our criteria. When we saw a house that appeared to have what we were searching for, Tanner was always very quick on getting us in to see it. He responded to texts promptly and got answers for us from the listing realtors, usually within a couple hours. Despite the numerous showings, Tanner always remained jovial and quick witted, responding with humour and making each showing a fun experience. Tanner listened to what we wanted and when THE ONE came on the market, he had us inside it before the first day had passed. In addition to helping us finally find the perfect home for us, Tanner put us in touch with several professionals in the community, making the inspection, insuring and purchase go very smoothly. After buying and selling numerous homes in the past, I can honestly say that Tanner is top notch in comparison and a treat to work with. Weâ€™ve recommended Tanner to friends and relatives and heâ€™ll be the first person we call when we decide to sell in future.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tanner Hawryluk when looking for my acreage. From day one, Tanner was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. Tanner always made the time and if it wasn't exactly when I asked it was within a half an hour and he was always already at the home and waiting for me with answers to any questions I might have about it. If he did not know the answer, he found it, then and there. On top of being exceptionally good at his job he felt like a friend after the first showing and certainly is a friend now. I was very picky when it came to finding my home as I knew exactly what I was looking for. He wasn't pushy at all, worked with our budget, and gave great advice about areas, schools, future resale, etc.
