My wife and I Had an awesome experience dealing with Sat and his team at PPMT! Sat is super knowledgeable and knows the ins and outs of the Real estate business. He went above and beyond not only to help us sell our current home but to help us find our new home as well. Sat will look out for your best interest as the first realtor we talked to wanted to list our home at a lower price than we were comfortable with. Our home was on the market for only a month or so and it’s been successfully sold. We are definitely using Sat and his team at PPMT next time we sell our home. I would definitely recommend Sat and his team!

Sat was the best realtor that I have worked with. He kept my budget my location choice in mind when he was working with me. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family. He was available when ever I needed him. He always went out of his way to get thing done. He stands out of the crowd head and shoulders above. He has cool mind never pushed me to make an offer on the properties I didn’t like always,kept me as firts priority instead of thinking of his own commission. I just can’t say enough words on how professional he was. I would definitely use him in my future real estate purchases.

Andrea was wonderful to have as our realtor. She is very personable and was always available to us throughout the sale of our house to the purchase of our new home. She took the time to make sure we found just what we were looking for.

Andrea Brown and her team were remarkable, personal and went to all lengths and beyond to ensure we found a right priced, great location and a home just right for us. She is an amazing ambassador for Chilliwack and the Fraser valley area. The faith and friendship we have developed is beyond the scope of her work and dedication. We were blessed to have her find and trusted her with all details to ensure we were getting the right place, in the final stretch she was the one who only seen our home prior to our purchase that is how much we trusted her. I cannot recommend Sat and his team enough! He was our realtor when we bought our first home, and also found a wonderful home for my retired parents. Hes super knowledgable, and finds the best place to suit your needs. Highly recommend!! ♡
