If you are looking to buy or sell a home in lower mainland, use Darren. Period, the end. There is no one better. Choosing Darren as my realtor to help buy my first home was one of the best decisions I made as far as taking the next step. Darren is very professional, easy (and fun!) to work with and he really understands the market, especially in Lower Mainland. One of my favorite things I loved about working with Darren is that he made buying a condo a learning experience. He took the time to explain everything to me and my family. When I made my first offer on a condo, he sat down with me and my family and explained every single document I signed so it was clear to us what we were signing. He is very thorough, I never felt rushed (He was my realtor for over a year and throughout that period he kept the same professionalism) and he made sure ALL our questions were answered. I never felt pressured into buying a condo which is something I half expected a realtor to do. In fact, he would recommend against putting in offers and hold out for something better which I did and now I couldn't be happier with my condo! I always felt like he gave me and my family honest advice and that we could trust him. He is someone who I would definitely use again, when the time comes. To summarize, if you are going to venture into the real estate market in the lower mainland, you want Darren Anonson on your side. He is the best, hands down.

Working with Darren on buying our first home was a great experience. He is very professional, knowledgeable and fun to work with. He was always willing to accommodate our schedules, (which were not always the easiest to accommodate.) His honesty was refreshing and he would always let you know if he thought the property wasn't for you. He is a great negotiator and made the process easy. Working with Darren was a real pleasure!

Darren is one of the most professional and friendly real estate agents I have ever worked with. Hunting for a condo in Vancouver can be extremely daunting and he manages makes it a really fun experience! Darren is most definitely in the right line of business; he is always available, treats you like a best friend and is willing to go the extra mile for his clients. Whether it's touring open houses with you on his day off or giving you his honest opinion about a property, Darren makes sure his clients are well taken care of. I wouldn't trust anyone else other than him to get me into a sound investment with his stamp of approval.

I just bought my first apartment and Darren was so helpful. I really didn't know what I was getting myself into, but he explained everything that was going on. I also felt like giving up sometimes, but he was so dedicated to finding me the perfect place - that we kept hunting. After seeing almost every condo in Vancouver, we finally found the one. I can't imagine a better realtor and for my next big purchase, I will definitely be calling Darren. I would recommend him to any buyer because unlike a lot of other realtors I've met, he truly cares and is working for YOU

Darren is a fabulous realtor! He is knowledgeable, friendly, hard working, and most importantly honest. He took the time to listen to what I wanted/needed in a home and then worked hard to help me find it and then to get me the best price. I will be using Darren again :)
