I hired Stikky Media to implement some high-level event tracking and create custom reporting in Google Analytics. When the project finished the reporting wasn't displaying properly for me. The CEO personally called me and he made sure they stuck with it and didn't close the job until everything was taken care of and I was satisfied. Excellent customer service, I would definitely recommend them.
