More than just a face-lift, they gave us a clear brand strategy, changed our retail store to include the baking school, printed interior and exterior signage, and worked closely with us to develop an internal marketing processes that we could operate autonomously. They were creative with our radio advertising and Christmas promotions. And in the world of business, their speed, efficiency and thorough work was extremely appreciated. I would highly recommend them to other business owners. -- Lora Lonesberry, Owner/Pastry Chef Instructor, Creating Occasions

Tom rounded us up and headed us out in putting together our website. With job-site photos stored here and there and everywhere, we just never could get around to getting them organized - until Tom. Thank you Tom for your perseverance in helping us get organized for marketing purposes and making our website.

Tom was instrumental in helping me quantify and clarify our company brand. I knew what I wanted the company to be about in my head and heart, but I couldn't put it into words. To cement the brand, I framed it and made it part of our new employee initiation. Because of our clearly defined brand strategy, we now pre-qualify customers better, my staff have embraced the company culture, and we’ve really established a true, unique identity both externally and internally. My only regret is that I should have gone through this exercise years earlier. -- Sean Wallbridge, President, itgroove
