I've known and worked with Ted and Tak for nearly a decade and I could not endorse them high enough. Their team has been a staple and gold standard for Web/Graphic design and Marketing in the Lowermainland for ages now!

Ballistic Arts provided web design services to my firm over an approximate 4 month period. This was the second iteration of website design, the first was in 2009. Knowing our firms website was out-of-date, Ballistic Arts worked closely with our team to create a new website that is modern, clean, easily navigable, and can be updated on a daily basis. They were professional, and were quick to change items that needed immediate attention. Would highly recommend for web and media services in the future.

I worked with the Ballistics Art team to create an educational video on recycling for the Cowichan Valley Regional District. Our team came into the process with a specific and fairly complicated idea for the video, but no experience with video production. The Ballistics team guided us through the process step-by-step, providing clear communication throughout. They brought our idea to life and managed to portray the messages simply and elegantly. We could not have been more thrilled with the outcome.

Greenscape has been working with Ballistic Arts for many years on various aspects of our website and online presence. More recently, over the last few months, the team has been working with us on re-skinning our website and working intensely on our search engine optimization. The design team did a fantastic job giving us a new brand identity with a cleaner look, proper logo integration, improved the overall user experience, and just generally making us look slick! Pinpointing things like integrating large hero images, an easy to follow website design that educates our users, and a lot of really striking white space has elevated our brand and credibility to new and existing clients. In addition to it looking really great, the website is more responsive and we have a lot more analytic information that we can use to improve and retain SEO rankings. We have always really enjoyed working with the Ballistic Arts team - not only do they make us look really great, but they work on quick timelines, and stick to their timelines. Also, super important to our less-than-tech-savvy team, can break things down to layman's terms when we’re really not getting it. In addition, their support is crucial once they’ve passed the finished product off for us to manage - they’re never too far away. They are some of the most creatively talented people we get to work with, and their passion for quality and commitment to workplace culture is what keeps us coming back.
