Words cannot express my disappointment doing business with RTown. My business signed on with RTown late April 2017, we agreed to an 80%/20% non-business to business content social media campaign on Facebook. When I asked the sales associate about their contract she was quick to tell me that there was only a three-month obligation and had me sign the contract on the iPad she brought with her (I never did get a copy of that contract emailed back to me). After about six months I spoke with my account manager to discuss my disappointment as the content that they were publishing was all business related, not what had been discussed at our initial meeting. That account manager was soon replaced by another account manager, unfortunately there was almost NO communication except for the time I phoned her and the other time I emailed her, otherwise the only communication from RTown to me was monthly invoices and reports. After eight months of being a customer of RTown I decided that I no longer wanted to do business with them and gave them my notice. From there things really went downhill quickly, I was informed of their contract that I signed on the iPad and I had three more months that I had to pay them. When I stated how unhappy I was as a customer, and how unhappy I was in regards to paying for three more months after I had been a customer for eight months? RTown was quick to email me a copy of the contract that I had signed with a law firm cc’d on the email. In their contract it stated that they require three months to cancel otherwise it is a one year auto renewing contract! (If presented that information during my initial meeting with the sales associate I would NEVER have signed that contract). Clearly RTown only cares about the money, I am paying for three more months and I have a new account manager. RTown will not be winning me back as a customer, they have no idea what customer service means.

RTOWN has been great to work with. They let everyone know about us. Great communication and fast service. Our customers love the deals and promotions that it supplies them with.

RTOWN's initial meeting was engaging, and it just went up from there. Cristina was organic and natural, and knew exactly what she was talking about. We look for opportunities to add value and connect with our customers, and RTOWN did just that for us!
