We just sold our home with Connie Hentschel as our realtor. We couldn’t ask for a more positive and professional representative.We are so pleased with the entire team from start to finish. We hired Derek and his team to sell our home on Locksley Place. We were very impressed with the photos and the listing details. On day one of the listing we had many showings, some which were the direct result of his vast lead network. When it came to negotiations there was no pressure, he put our interests first and was very efficient. In the subjects he was able to negotiate a fair amount of flexibility which was not only thoughtful but came in handy after the subjects were removed. We are very pleased that we were able to sell and move on so quickly and would definitely recommend Derek and his team.

Derek is brilliant and was a great resource through the process of selling our home. His market research was impressive giving us thorough insight to help us make an educated decision. I was beyond impressed with Derek and his team; that happens so rarely these days, so I am taking the time to thank you all publicly. Why list with a regular Realtor when you can get a cutting-edge team for the same money? It really is a no-brainer, if you are selling, I recommend Derek's team.

Deciding on the best realtor in Nanaimo to represent us was very easy, Derek Gillette and his outstanding team were the only choice. Their market and social media presence, reputation and knowledge of the market is second to none. Right from the beginning , Derek was up front, honest and very realistic and, his prediction of how our house would likely sell was precise. The team were all very approachable and communicated extremely well with us when coordinating viewings, the photographer’s vision and insight into the house was inspired.
