Great Pay! Great People! Great Culture! Never seen a company so vibrant, I guess that why they have the space, so they can be louder, but great company to work for, don't be blinded by working for brands, work for companies that have meaning and growth like this one, so many people passionate about what they do! Highly highly highly recommend people try their best to get past the first 2 interview sit downs!

Everyone is Very High Calibre, don't let the temporary space think that there is not much going on here, I see people making snap judgements, but there is a lot of great high calibre people here and they are here for a reason. They are smart enough to understand the higher level, If you don't have an open mind you won't understand. There is a few people that actually have been able to branch off and run their own franchise within the location and 4 others in other parts of BC and Alberta. This group has literally put 15 people into high level Manager and Franchise ownership positions in 2018. I would keep a very open mind If you want a big career or at least make really good money and consider a bigger position.
