DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. 12000 a year is what i was paying, yes 12000 a year. I was asking customers how they heard of me and very VERY few were through google searches which i was told would increase due to my spending on advertising with yellowpages. The calls i did get were from different cities or for services not provided by my company. When i FINALLY got a local rep he found that everything they had set up was wrong, conveniently i find this out at the end of my contract, after i had called yellow pages more then once to find out what was going on. Unless you have a local rep that is taking care of everything on a regular basis and you know that you can rely on them i wouldnt waste a single cent on this advertising. The ONLY time i would hear from this company is when they wanted more money, the only saving grace is that it is a business write off. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!

Due to a misprint in the yellow pages the business I work for has been receiving calls from people looking to speak to another business - which is of a sensitive nature and nothing like the business for whom I work. I called the Yellow Pages and spoke to someone in customer service who was very very rude and accusatory - as though I had deliberately made the erroneous ad for the other company. The call was ridiculous to the point I could call it comedic as the person I was speaking to was so disparaging to me. It got to the point they were asking me to spell simple words as though I was an imbecile. I finally hung up with the 'customer service' representative as I would be better off talking to a pair of socks. If there was a zero star option I would say that I would choose it

THIS IS A CAUTIONARY TALE. A client recently made a business decision to go with a cheaper product and signed up with Yellow Pages for a new website. Clients come and go and I wish her well. The website DNS was set to YP on Aug 24 and was live at YP on Aug 26. We have made NO changes since that time yet whenever YP has a problem they tell my former client we did something wrong. Sigh... after many calls from YP staff trying to tell me we screwed up I have learned that NONE of the YP people talking to the client have any real knowledge of how the internet or servers work. They are sales people with orientation on the YP back end who in almost every conversation betray their lack of knowledge with incorrect use of basic internet / server jargon. They tell me they use an admin back end for all changes / updates and that's the extent of their knowledge. It looks like their admin back end has issues with registries other that the one YP uses. We told them to transfer the domain into their registry, made sure it was unlocked and they got the unlock code. The transfer started a couple of hours later. Now the client email is down. Again we have not changed anything. I finally lost my temper with the YP staff, told them they were morons (IQ of 51-70), told them to stop whining and hire / train competent staff and will be blocking every YP phone used to contact me. I sincerely hope they get it sorted out for the sake of the client. She's depending on them and their promises... sadly it's a MAJOR FAIL.

Bad service, our business information is wrong since the ad is posted. No one has followed up with us to ensure listing accuracy, I called twice and no one is able to assist me. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Yellow Pages is pure garage. Do not waste your money advertising with them , they use bots to make it look like your actually getting a ton of views but your not. I always ask my customers how did you hear about us they say kijiji or word mouth. Not once did I hear i saw your ad on yellow pages. Advertised for six months biggest waste of money ever.
