They helped design and make our entire company's branded clothing. It was done quick and was ready when they said it would be. Impressive considering we were a last second walk-in customer.

Terrible customer service. Good product though. Not worth doing business with them. Don't need headaches.

This has got be one of most unreliable companies for tshirts or custom merchandise in the city. They appear to be very professional with a beautiful facility but its the owners and customer services reps that are terrible. The second your order is received, they will want to charge your credit card in full, then they will take forever to produce your order, tell you it has to be picked up, and then more often than not, the day of pick up, the order will not be ready. I have stood around the factory on several occasions waiting for orders, they even printed my order with old artwork from a previous unrelated order and that time, the owner, Jason, tried to get mad at for the screw up. JUST PRINT THE FILES I SENT YOU! anyways, Tshirt Elephant, HAS Marketing, and Sterling Printing are all affiliated and garbage to deal with.

Now that's amazing. To confirm an order for a custom product... then have it delivered to my front door... all within the same week... is nothing short of amazing. The custom-size magnets look excellent, and I look forward to sharing them here in North America and around the world. Sincere thanks to the team at H.A.S. Marketing... swifter and MUCH more reasonable in price compared to USA printing services I've used in the past.

The customer service was fine. It could have been a bit better but honestly, it was fine. Overall order of around 40 shirts was completed in 2 days after proof approval and they came out great. The price was far cheaper than other places online and in town. Overall I was happy with the experience and will be placing more orders. I just wish they kept the screens for reorders, though, so you didn't have to pay the set up fees again.
