Hi , my name is Rayees and I interviewed with Dymnd in the month of April in their Cambridge office. I got selected but decided not to join. There are two main reasons why I didn't join. It is a pure commission job and you make money if you cold call and sell the product (Bell services) door to door at homes in the city . Secondly the main reason that put me off was the paperwork's I got to sign. The agreement I was given to sign was for the role of a freelance distributor (commission agent) with the firm not that of an employee. So no benefits at all of an employee and still we have to put in almost 9 hours six days a week. No minimum wages and you earn only when you sell. I was told for the initial month there will be a safety net of 400 dollars per week (only for first month) and from next month you are on your own without any assured pay. So this job really suits people who are hard and aggressive sales people who have the patience and ambition to door knock around 100 plus houses every day (somebody who worked there for a while told me this) . If you have this ability , it's a great opportunity to make 3k to 4k easily in a month. My only concern is this kind of employment arrangement may not be suitable to everyone . I love doing sales but there were a few things I was not told during the phone screening or further interview rounds : 1. It's a full fledged commission role 2. You don't have any employee rights I came to know this only at time of paper works during my third visit to the office. So humble request to the employer to make the terms of employment clear in phone screening itself so that the candidates can save time from going through all these rounds and losing time if they are not interested in this kind of job arrangement . But I repeat ,for people who are really ambitious to make money and don't care about anything else , this is a good place to earn an average of 3k atleast every month (if you sell) and you will get trained to become an aggressive sales person. All the best to the company . I have given an honest review and feedback so that future candidates can make an informed decision. Thanks Rayees

Great place to work...excellent place to learn bussiness skills. The best part of this job is there are a lot opportunity to grow and earn quick money. Yaa its a lot of hard work but its simple rule. You work hard get rewards accordingly. Good working team but yaa there are hard days.

If you want to be SNOOKERED and DISAPPOINTED look no further. I was so excited to have DYMND contact me about booking an interview, the job posting I had applied for was for a "art/creative directer" position on indeed. I researched the company and they seemed to be a promising start up biz run by enthusiastic young entrepreneurs. I had an initial interview which was very positive, they talked a lot about leadership and skill building and didn't answer any of my questions or go into detail about the job posting, which I found odd. However they said they would be in touch if I was selected for "round 2 interview" where I could speak with a peer currently employed there. I got called in for a second interview where I soon discovered that the exciting sounding leadership position was really door to door sales for bell! They explained that the pay was a flat $400 per week (plus commission) working 5 days a week from 11:30am-8:30pm. And typically would involve going to 50+ houses per day all over the GTA. In the first interview the manager told me that I could expect $700-1k per week based on "commissions". So just beware of this company as they are not transparent about what the job really is. Interviews were a waste of time. If you want to get some exercise walking around aggressively trying to sell Bell services this job is for you.

I have not worked with Dymnd yet, but looking at the company philosophy, values and striving to empower people while increasing their clients sales, made me comfortable to approach them and find out what they offer. The way Dymin handles reviews here, only show his dedication to success

Don't be deceived, door to door sales for BELL. Interviews are misleading and they try to rope you in based on false information and false representation.
