I am coming up on 2 years working for Blast Marketing and I have nothing but praise for this company. They treat their employees or as they would call us "astronauts" with respect, treat you really well and cultivate a professional yet fun loving environment that makes you excited to come to work. Each activation I have worked for them, Blast has taken meticulous care to make sure everyone coming in contact with that brand leaves happier and informed. They not only represent each and every client with pride and excellence but treat everyone who comes in contact with them or the brands they represent with a warm welcome and the utmost respect. I am very proud too have worked for a company like Blast and am excited to see what the future holds for this growing company! Always aim for the stars! Astronaut out!

I have had the opportunity to work for a multitude of agencies specializing in digital, engagement, and promotional marketing. Of all; the one that feels the most genuine has been Blast Marketing. Very humble while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and etiquette. Not many times will you have upper management be willing to do grunt work in order to facilitate a clients vision. I have worked both in office and in the field in one of the most budding and high stress industries in Toronto; and I have found Blast to be extremely accommodating to their clients, their staff, and their consumers. When you treat people with a GENUINE engagement; when you scrap the script and traditions that have negatively affected efficiency and critical reception; you end up with a desired outcome of having your brand communicated to the consumer with the utmost clarity while creating a lasting memory.

This is one of the Best Marketing Agencies in Canada to work for! As a freelance Marketing and Events Manager/Consultant, I've been working with them since day one on many projects and for many clients, and I have always loved the positive attitude and great work ethic everyone has at the company. The owners are very hands on with all events and activation's, making sure they go as smoothly and successfully as possible, and that their team of "Astronauts" (Brand Ambassadors) are happy and in high spirits. The Happier the staff, the better the results, and they definitely deliver great results to their clients.
