Dialog Direct is a joke! Don't bother applying to this company, unless your the type that will sleep their way to the top. Seems to be the only way to advance in this company. Pay is less then $11/hr the job consist on bending over backwards and doing more then worth for the pay. Oh and the pay is capped!! No bonuses! No appreciation! No empathy if your going through things outside the job. Management is a joke. They have no idea what their doing. Are not equipped to help you when you reach out. (Guess that's from not earning the position only sleeping ur way there JS) Oh and the company turned their heads and did NOTHING on not one but Two! Sexual harassment cases filed on the SAME PERSON! DESPICABLE!!

They don't work with school schedules. So before you apply make sure nothing will interfere with their Monday-Friday schedule.

It's only 10 an hour for a ton of work. Very unprofessional. Super high turn over rate.

Great place to work, have decent salaries, but not the place for long term employment
