If I could give a zero rating I would do so. I signed up with this company for their service and they charged the deposit amount on my credit card. Couple of days later they called saying the salesperson didn't know what she was offering me and what she offered me to do was way more expensive. I didn't agree to modified version of the offer. Vendor and myself mutually agreed to cancel the contract and they refunded me after a few days. Fast forward to about one month and half later, someone who claimed to be the owner of Index Media called me pushing to offer the original deal at originally offered price. I asked him to email me the details as I had already lost my trust on this company. The guy emailed me the details and yet the "new offer" was different from what was promised originally about 45 days earlier. The so called "owner" of this business then decided to go ahead and charge my credit card without having my confirmation. In fact I emailed back their graphic designer saying I didn't confirm the deal and don't want to have business with them . The owner charged my credit card referring to original contract we signed about two months earlier saying we have a contract. I tried to resolve the issue with him directly but I found them dis-honest and shady, so opened a dispute with credit card company. I am still in process of proving how shady these people are to get my money back . Help yourself and stay away from them. They just get your credit card info and under deliver what they promised. Very unprofessional, shady and dis-honest business, to say the least and in polite way.

Horrendous and fraudulent company. They already have issues with the Better Business Bureau.

They are scam artists preying on hard working people. Avoid at all costs.

Honest and professional marketing agency. They helped me with my branding and advertising. Smart and supportive sales professionals, took care of all my marketing needs. I found the prices to be reasonable, not the cheapest, but I guess you get what you pay for!
