I'm the founder and owner a residential and property management painting and restoration company that has been in business since 200. I was doing all of the company social media and branding for years until last year. I was looking for a company who could handle the daily social media responsibilities, develop a viable marketing plan, work with me on a vision for the company, along with being well versed with HubSpot. After some recommendations and speaking with a few marketing companies I decided to hired Michael and Rica from Next Collision Marking last February. As of February (almost one year) I could not be happier with my decision. After I explained my company to Michael and Rica and presented them with what I wanted to accomplish from a social media marketing aspect they developed an outline for me to review and approve. During the past year we have set in place a viable social media marketing plan that has included a lot of testing to see what works with certain personas and demographics. I very happy to say I have seen an engagement increase along all platforms (FaceBook, Instagram, Twitter, Website, etc.). I'm a demanding client that asks for a lot of changes, updates, and explanations or what is working and not. Michael and Rica are always on top of every email, phone, or text requests explaining any questions or changes that I inquire. Does not matter if it's mornings, evenings, or weekends the responses are ALWAYS prompt. They do an AMAZING job with customer service as making it feel that me and my company are their primary focus even though they have many clients that I'm sure are as demanding or more so than me. Every step of the way since February 2017 Michael and Rica have done an EXCEPTIONAL job explaining what we are doing, why, and what is working and not with making suggestions on how to tweak moving forward. Michael even suggest developing a LookBook for potential new clients since our work is so visual and the finished product is great and have received nothing but positive feedback from potential new clients. Finally, the company had a complete website redesign in 2017 with a primary focus of integrating HubSpot as the site host as to track all analytics. Michael worked diligently with the company web designer.....EVEN THOUGH THIS WAS NOT PART OF OUR CONTACT.......to make sure everything went smoothly with the design and HubSpot integration. Couldn't be happier with the finish project! If you want to work with great people with great results I highly recommend Michael and Rica of Next Collision Marketing.
