Great place to work. Most of the people there care about their clients and work hard to provide good services.

I tried their service but then canceled. I even canceled my debit card so they wouldn't take money out of my account. The sales pitch sounded great but after trying the service and still couldn't find my business on a goggle search I didn't want to waste money. I have had a lady by the name if Joelle call and leave several harassing messages which I have saved for further use. I called her back today and she was very rude. Told me I was locked into a year contract that I NEVER agreed to and rudely said "did you think you were going to just try the service then cancel" I said ABSOLUTELY.. she said "that is not how it works" okay well that's what I was told. Then she told me I was wasting her time. Ha. She most defiantly didn't care that I was lied to. She said she was sending my bill to collections. I plan to fight this because I refuse to pay hundreds for services that I didn't agree to have for a year.

It has been almost a year since I was taken "LIVE" at the repeated insistence of staff. Despite my telling them of multiple issues, including the pre-live home page that was to allow me to point out-problems request changes. I did this 3 separate times and nothing changed. Upon speaking to a different person again (3rd in one month at this point) informed them of the no changes and he tells me " oh that feature is not functioning. You have to call in your changes" ! Fast forward to 6 months "live" still not fixing issues. Drop downs to wrong info. Optimized in wrong geographical location. Now here we are today after bitching for almost a full year! Meeting in person and via phone with promise after promise.very little has changed! My video and photos not used. Stock photos are not bad but I have my own! Customer service with this company SUCKS!!!! Make your own and save a lot of$$$

I was also lied to by my sales person. When signing, I asked what the cancelation policy was. I asked, "30 days notice?" His response, "No, 15 days". Great, I thought. Let's give some digital advertising a try. My experience after I paid was terrible. No returned phone calls, rep did not let me know where my project was. Repeated my concept to multiple people (showing no communication inside company). My project was also delayed. I decided to cancel, with 15 days notice. I come to find their is a clause half way in the fine print that digital advertising contracts are for a year. Complete lie from the sales person. Still figuring out what is next. No one from company is returning my calls. Stay far far away.

We have been a client for nearly 1 full year now and have nothing but positive things to say about LocalEdge. From prompt responses, attention to detail, a willingness to accommodate any of our in-depth website edits, and a superb professionalism at all times -- these things are a few of those positive things! No matter how long of an edit list that we wished to make to our website ... never once did we have to go back and repeat ourselves on what we were trying to accomplish. That was a big time saver for our hectic schedule. Plus, with their expertise in marketing ... you'll be sure to see a return on your investment with their services. We're already on page one of all the major search engines out there and getting multiple inquiries most weeks and sometimes we'll receive a few inquiries per day!
