I was excited to receive a response from them. There is opportunity to grow for young professionals, as well as training and support for people that still need to improve on their skills. The environment is positive and encourages people to do better. The managers are available when you need them, even though they are busy most of the time. The team is welcoming and polite.

Efficient interview process. It went relatively quick. The first interview in particular. Sat down with the manager and I tried my best to look sharp, ask good questions and got invited back to meet the team. I’m excited to know more about the company

No politics policy. It doesn’t matter who you know or are friends with. It’s your ability to provide results that matters. Even the newest person has a fair opportunity.

After the interview experience, my suggestion would be to act professional, keep an open mind and let the interviewer speak. They don’t speak too much and give you enough time to answer the questions. They encourage open conversation because they test your communication skills and your ability to ask questions. Everybody was dressed in smart suits so keep a nice appearance.

The work environment is fun and laid back. People are excited to help you and teach you new stuff every day. We have a learning structure which really helps new people get better faster.
