Do not apply here if you actually need a living wage. They take advantage of students and young people just starting out by making you work hours, refusing to pay you, and then claiming it's your fault and that you "chose" to work those hours and that no one explicitly said that you would be paid. They insinuate that you're being greedy and that you need to "meet them halfway". The secretary at the time, who was a lovely person, even told me she warns people applying with families to support that this isn't the job for them. Also, the job ads that they post are all false. Regardless of what they advertise for, it's always just a sales representative position. It took me months to get my last paycheque from them and I am still waiting for my t-4. Honestly, this place was just terrible and I wasted two months here. I ended up losing money just from the cost of getting there and back.

Such an amazing company to work with! I coordinate their Costco roadshow events for their territory and it is always a pleasure to work with Amy and her team. They are super organized, hard working, business minded individuals. If you want to work for a company that works hard, plays hard, is always expanding and offers so much potential for growth, then Endless Evolution is the perfect career path for you!

The previous reviews are quite accurate. I "passed" the first interview process for a specific job. After I read the reviews I called Amber in HR and asked if this was a sales position (not what I had applied for) and was told "yes it is sales, we are direct marketing company." Seemingly, what they tell you and the truth are not the same. I cancelled the second interview immediately. Ironically, the e-mail I received regarding the interview indicated "Dress code - Business Professional" They don't know the meaning of the word professional. Disgraceful. Run from these people.

Very unkept place. Not very professional. I will also say that certain ads for jobs they post are completely misrepresented. If you're looking for a solid salary based job, I would stay away from these guys. They were not very clear with employment conditions and refused to discuss pay structures (which involve commission). Also, search "Smart Circle" if you want to research the company. as they are a branch from that company.
