I love how this indicates that it is a taxi service .. YET I was told so rudely on the phone that this is not a taxi service and the woman hung up on me. I think this company is a discrimination to non-french speaking people or those who are not from the city. First attempt in using their service and this will be my last attempt seeing that they have HORRIBLE reviews and HORRIBLE service. "Committed to serve their clients" - Yeah right! Your service needs a reassessment and if it doesn't meet the required business needs, then too bad.

Total BS, called a taxi to the bus station and the dude react like I'm gonna rob his damn car. He was like "Smh, this address is so near and you don't need a taxi to go there and bla bla bla..." Lol, like wth dude this is what taxi is for, I don't know where the address is, you need help me out; I paid you nonetheless. If I have an option for zero star, I'll give it to this taxi customers service. Don't use this damn brand.
