DO NOT join LANLA. They are the worst, I did a mission for them and they did not specify clearly before I start that they DO NOT PAY I was only reimbursed for half of my bill (a measly $15.00) and I had to fill out a 9-page questionnaire and wait a month to be reimbursed. When I called customer service, they hung up on me because they cannot deal with my questions. Poor customer service and system. Do not join and get tricked. I repeat, DO NOT JOIN LANLA.

Je dois malheursement confirmer ce que beaucoup disent ici. Il y a peu de missions et elles sont gÃ©nÃ©ralement mal rÃ©munÃ©rÃ©s. Quand on calcul le prix de l'essence, le temps passÃ© a faire la mission et Ã remplir les documents en ligne on est souvent bien en dessous du salaire minimum. Pour que ca vaille la peine il faut soit habiter Ã cÃ´tÃ© d'ou la mission se dÃ©roule ou avoir affair Ã l'endroit en question et encore. Et quand on considÃ¨re que mÃªme quand on est pret Ã couvrir un paramÃªtre trÃ¨s large incluant plusieurs villes il n' y a jamais beaucoup de choix de mission il est trÃ¨s rare que l'on puisse trouver quelque chose d'interessant. Domage parce que le service Ã la clientÃ¨le est bon et les missions bien dÃ©crites. Il faudrait juste que ce qui est offert aux clients mystÃ¨res soit plus motivant et valorisant.

Avant, c'Ã©tait intÃ©ressant de faire des missions pour Lanla. J'en ai fait beaucoup il y a 6 ou 7 ans. Mais, maintenant, ils ont d'abord Ã©liminÃ© les plus intÃ©ressantes (celles qu'on faisait chez VidÃ©otron ou Archambault par exemple) et ils ne paient mÃªme plus de salaire pour les missions de restaurant, seulement une partie de la facture. De plus, maintenant, je n'ai qu'une seule mission qui est toujours disponible, soit celle de rencontrer un conseiller financier chez Desjardins. Bien que cette mission soit payante, on ne peut pas la faire plus d'une ou deux fois, car un moment donnÃ©, notre conseiller nous connaÃ®t et sait qu'il nous a dÃ©jÃ expliquÃ© les CELI et REER et autres placements disponibles. Alors, comme ce n'est pas crÃ©dible de faire cette mission plus que Ã§a et qu'ils n'en proposent pas d'autres, eh bien je n'en fais plus. C'est dommage, car j'aimais Ã§a et je m'appliquais Ã bien le faire. Ils ont perdu une bonne cliente mystÃ¨re.
