ZÉRO ÉTOILE! J'ai fourni du staff pour 2 événements de dernière minute pour Jack Marketing en mars 2017. (plus de 7 mois pour me faire payer). Suivi fait tous les mois pour clore le dossier. La Présidente a toujours des raisons (perte des factures, mauvais destinataire, etc.) Je ne conseille à aucun fournisseur de faire affaires avec Mélanie Hébert et son équipe. À lire les commentaires sur Google... Je vois que je ne suis pas la seule à avoir des problèmes avec cette agence de com. Pffff. Quel manque de professionnalisme et d'éthique professionnel.

Belle gang dynamique et créative. Ils comprennent bien le projet et les livrables sont bien définis. Juste un projet à ce jour avec l'équipe mais pas le dernier.

Pire agence de communication à vie! Ils ne répondent pas aux attentes et ne font aucun suivi lorsqu'il y a insatisfaction. Ils retournent encore moins les messages après les demandes de remboursement. Par pure manque d'option que nous leur octroyons une étoile. Il semblerait que plusieurs clients se retrouvent dans la même situation depuis le changement de propriétaires...car l'agence profite de la notoriété des anciens prioritaires! N'y touchez surtout pas!
