Do not do business with them, horrible customer service they do not deliver what they promise and at the end of it all it is the hardest thing to cancel a contract renewal because no one ever gets back to you... they don't even deserve one star is my thought. So if you are reading these reviews don't make the mistakes we made avoid at all cost!

This company has AWFUL customer practices. I have been trying for over a year to cancel my advertisement account. Even though I submitted that I did not want my contract auto-renewed, they renewed it anyway and now say I have to pay for another full year with no way to get out. DO NOT ADVERTISE WITH YELLOW PAGES. They will hold you in a contract, not let you out, auto-renew it, they wont let you speak to anyone other then the help line, when I made a claim, they cancelled it.

They took my money and now are refusing to give me a refund. A charge of 124$ was taken for my card for no results. DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS AGENCY OR ON YELLOW PAGES PERIOD! These people are hurting for money and they are certainly not #1 on google. As an unhappy customer they should refund my money back immediately but I have learned my lesson and this is now a write off. Furthermore, someone should make arrangements to have this agency shut down.. It's sad that they are using Yellow Pages and Google to keep their business going. My representative did not respond to me immediately until I told him I wanted a refund. As soon as I mentioned (I want a refund) I got a call within seconds. He was combative refusing to refund. The customer service will give you ring around the rosy syndrome arguing about how you need to listen to them instead of them listening to you. Last time I checked... I was the one paying you not the other way around. As a business owner myself, I believe customer service is the one thing that keeps your business going - not the case for these guys. They try to lock you into a contract because they can't get clients. They are piggy backing off of Yellow Pages trying to get by. As soon as they get your card number they charge it do no work at all and then not make themselves available to you. I have attached the information of the person I was working with along with the address and further information. WATCH OUT - these people will call you and try to convince you to get involved with their services. BUYER BEWARD!

the worse ads compagny i'd never heard about, the sell representative told me that they are best then adwords (wich is rediculous) they start to show me a fake numbers and infortunetly i trust them, after 2 months of paying 500$, there was NO RESULT IN THERM OF PROFIT AND SELL AND NO RETURN IN INVESTEMENT , they are the best layer, i ask for refund and they told me "NO", you have to contunue to pay for nothing otherwise we will scrap you credit. i pay these compagny 3000$ TO GET NOTHING , DURING THE YEAR, I DON'T RECOMEND TO ANY BUISNESS OWNER. JUST BECARFUL WITH THIS COMPAGNY!!!!!!
