I usually do not write a bad review and share it publicly, but I am extremely disappointed with Agence iwebcontact - Web, Marketing et Communicationt and therefore hope to prevent other people from having the same experience. Here is my review Very disappointing experience from beginning to end. I wanted to rebrand my business to celebrate my 5 years and given that my last web designer was on maternity, I searched for several weeks for a competent agency that would be able to provide me with 3 landing pages (English, French Spanish) with basic information and a new logo and branding scheme. I ended up choosing this company because they had won several prizes for their work. Fadi Khalil introduced me to Zeina Jammal, the branding specialist, we had a couple of in person and on the phone conversations. I not only paid 50% of the cost after receiving a quote, but I also provided the content, an overview of my business, target clientele and more information about my company and, I also gave them extended information about the new look and feel I was searching for. The communication between Zeina and Fadi seemed to be poor. After sending me logos that seemed to come from the 90s and colours that had nothing to do with the information I provided, I ended up having to talk to her directly only to find out Fadi had never shared the branding board I had created as an example. The back and forth went on for weeks. I ended up with a logo that was simply copied from one I provided and a site that was simply not at all what I wanted. In addition, I had to send him several demands to correct mistakes he had made in the content although it what properly written in the document I sent him. I also asked why I could not work with the graphic designer that he worked with on his branding. He laughed! When I expressed my dissatisfaction after receiving another version I neede to verify and approve and ask him to provide me with another solution that would be closer to the look and feel I wanted, Fadi locked me out from being able to access my sites and sent me a message saying: we can not go further with this project. I wish I could show you a picture of the old-fashioned website he created. So disappointing. The worst part is that the entire time he got publicity out of people visiting my domain because he put up a temporary page with his contact information. I thought the golden rule was clients always come first. Now, after several weeks of patience, giving Fadi and Zeina the benefit of the doubt to improve their work, I am left with nothing I can use in terms of a great logo and new brand and no websites. Thank you IWebContact!
