Terrible company to work for or with. Pays their hardest working people pennies in comparison to slacking developers who leave regularly in the middle of work for beer and wings, expects mandatory attendance to 'seminars' outside of working hours, penalizes employees for questioning the company's standards or motives, NOT LGBT friendly (You're fine if you're closeted), promotes inexperienced people into management roles that cause good workers to quit or be 'phased out' through their "PIP" program (Personal Improvement Plan. Used for personal vendettas by managers and overseen by indifferent HR reps who can't be bothered to actually investigate claims made by managers against employees), allows these inexperienced managers to harass and abuse workers and does nothing to rectify the situation when it is reported to head of department multiple times, promises 'perks' in job interviews and hiring sessions like food services, expenses covered, etc only to then change these perks with no notice and tells employees to suck it up as "these are perks and can be removed at any time" asks teams of 3 to do the work of 6, asks teams of 6 to do the work of 14, etc, Overloads individuals with more work than one person can handle and then criticizes them for not 'being up to standard," constantly shuffling departments both in terms of hierarchy (which makes reporting any of these inconsistencies near impossible because you never know who's actually in charge of your department), and in terms of physical space (departments are constantly moving within the building. Do not be surprised if you come in one day and your desk has moved entirely without notice), the list goes on and on... I would avoid this company unless you enjoy being taken advantage of or remaining a silent sheep. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Dylan was the perfect consultant. He discovered our needs and level of expertise, helped us uncover the powerful tools that would build our business, and he was the consummate researcher to track down all the answers to our questions! Thanks for making this a great journey...and we are only just getting started!

STAY AWAY FROM THE SCAMMING SALES REPS AND SOFTWARE THAT DOES NOT PERFORM AS PROMISED! Sales rep promised a full-service software platform that would claim directory listings for our clients, publish their information, monitor reviews, etc. The software NEVER claimed any listings, we had to do this ourselves. Sales rep promised a full-service concierge to teach our team how to use the platform. All "concierge" sessions were focused on how to increase sales, not on how to actually use the software how we needed to. The software was supposed to publish social media posts on an automatic basis for our clients. Not only did it fail to publish on multiple occasions, but the posts also included the name of a publishing software they were partnered with. It was supposed to be white-labeled for our agency, but this was not true and caused irreparable damage to our company and our reputation. There were multiple billing issues that were not addressed properly that were not caught by their accounting department and we had to pursue to correct. We made multiple attempts at communication, received a very slow response time, and sometimes no response. We escalated to management and attempted to find a resolution, but they still don't believe they are responsible for the poor performance of their software, the false promises from their (now fired) sales rep, and their end of the contract. We are now pursuing complaints with the BBB because our formal complaint with the company did not result in the refund requested. We are also pursuing a refund via small claims court for the $5k invested even though we have incurred damages near $30k from all the issues their software caused, over $50k in time invested by our employees to learn the software, and priceless damage to our reputation. Total loss for our company and no empathy from Vendasta for the irreparable harm they caused.

They are a hard working company with amazingly talented people. Specifically my Success partner representative, Jennifer Pond has continued to go above and beyond to help my company Local View be successful.

It was an easy decision to make when I first decided to work with George and the Vendasta team. However, I would not have decided to bring my new company to Vendasta had it not been for the hard work of my partner, Landon McTavish. Landon goes above and beyond to make sure I have what I need to get my job done. Keep up the great work!
