After having an extremely unpleasant experience at another shop in town I brought my computer over to second floor. They took the time to listen to what I had to say, removed the malware and once I came to pick it up they took the time to go through the computer with me until I was satisfied it was clean. Extremely professional and I couldn't recommend them enough!

I took my lap top in there because the charging port had come loose and my computer would not charge as a result of this, I knew what the problem was and they were told exactly what the issue was but they didn't want to listen/take the time to actually look into it instead they charged me $63.00 to try and hook up 2 different chargers and then tell me that my motherboard was dead in my computer which was not the case at all. I took it to Electrotell right after I got it back and they had it fixed within a half an hour of me dropping it off and charged me half of what these people did. I would not suggest taking anything to them unless you want to get ripped off like I did.

I had a problem getting my router to work properly with my ISP. So I had 2nd Floor Computers come out. Their tech was very friendly and professional and set it up for me. And it works perfectly. So if you find you have a snag, give them a call. Price was reasonable. Paid $70 and half of that was for mileage to Bawlf.
