Ridiculously slow, still waiting on Spousal Sponsorship and Work permit. Screw ups on their end led to more wasted time and several back and forth trips. Whole process shouldn't take almost a year. No advise on limit of stay etc. Will update when/ if we actually get approved.

They are horrible liars about their work. Definitely need to avoid this company. Don’t waste your money!

Stay away, no ability to deal with case properly. After receiving 2000 deposit, they just put me away, never given any information updates or suggestions. They don't know how to evaluate customer's supplied docs. Sent cic wrong information and wasted my 2 years. Cic returned my case and didn't charge fee; however, they refused to refund me and trying to swollow the money; that's fraud. Still fighting with them, not ganna just let go and cheat more people, going to file them to iccrc or ircc.
