I’ve used this office for real estate transactions and wills. I’ve always had a good experience and the support staff is amazing! Very friendly and would highly recommend to anyone.

Worst law firm to deal with. Rude, condescending and don't follow estate laws. sent 18k by regular mail! Who would send beneficiary payouts in such large amounts by regular mail?! David F was rude and talked down to me and every member of my family and his assistant Kim is no better. Barely works and when she does respond to correspondence its without proper information. She responds just for the sake of a response.

At first I didn't know how to read Jeff he was very stern but after dealing with my case I realized he's a no b.s kinda guy right to the point very professional and in his kind of work that's exactly how you should be money well spent well I'd give 10 stars if I could

I was renewing/transferring my mortgage when I started dealing with Jeff Spady. I was expecting a buyout $$ number I discussed with my mortgage broker, when I went into their office to sign over the documents and pay for the transaction, the price doubled. When I asked for an explanation, he made it seem like I was asking for something I had no business knowing. I ended paying the amount- it was related to the property tax owing. Fast forward 3 months, I received a letter from my bank indicating the property taxes were short the full amount I paid their firm. Contacting both banks and the city, no one could explain where the funds were. I contacted Jeff, his reply "thanks for reminding me." The funds were returned by cheque only to be short 800 dollars. He had made an error on the initial transaction, would not own up to it or explain it. The lack of explanation and behavior I was treated with by Jeff Spady was unprofessional and pathetic for a business of this standard. My question is if I wasn't proactive looking into this, would they have kept the funds? I would highly recommend dealing with another firm for future business.

The firm (David) has been my mom's lawyer over the years. We want to thank them for all the support they have provided her over these years. It was clear that her personal welfare was their top priority. I would highly recommend this firm. They are very professional and do what is in the best interest of seniors. Elaine Engerdahl
