It is my pleasure to provide a review for Monica Kreiner, Mediator. I have known Monica in a professional capacity for about 4 years now. We were both members of the Estate and Financial Planning Institute (a local public education group dedicated to educating people in all things financial and estate related matters) as well as the Rotary Club of Grande Prairie (a social club focused on giving back to the community through donating time, talent, labour and dollars). While I have not personally used Monica's services (I have not needed mediation thus far), I have found her to be a valuable resource and I have referred clients her way. She is always willing and able to answer any questions I may have about mediation as potential 'mediation-worthy' scenarios develop for my clients. She is knowledgable both through formal education as well as personal experience in this, her area of expertise. She has a comfortable approach and personality, which I believe are crucial for a successful mediation. The more relaxed the parties are, the more likely a workable solution can be determined. Finally, I believe that this is not just a job or career for Monica, this is a passion. It is clear when she talks about her work or discusses cases with me that mediation is something she is extremely dedicated to. I highly recommend Monica. She does fantastic work.
