Jim has helped us with the purchase AND sale of our home, and we are currently working on the purchase of our second home! I have personally recommended Jim to a friend to sell her home, and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor for buying, selling or both. His knowledge of the market and resale value is completely invaluable and he is truly honest with you from start to finish. He goes the extra mile when doing his research and works day and night to ensure you are happy and getting the best deal possible. Thanks for everything Jim!

Very professional and interactive when selling our home. Jim guided us through every step of the process and explained every detail along the way. Very knowledgeable and honest in both buying and selling sides of the market as we soon discovered. If you're looking for straight answers and honest opinions Jim's the realtor for you. Highly recommend Jim to be your realtor. Thanks again for selling our home

I would like to share my selling experience. In this tough economic climate I wasn't sure if selling our house was even possible. Jim was up for the challenge though. His experience and expertise shone through and just the fact that he uses many marketing tools to get product out there is amazing. Thank you Jim for selling our house.

Had a great experience selling our property with Jim! He was very knowledgeable and spent numerous hours making the sale happen. My Husband and myself would highly recommend Jim to anyone buying our selling their property.

Jim's knowledge of the real estate market is second to none. We have been clients of Jim's for 15+ years and we turn to him for advice and guidance when buying and selling. He always goes above and beyond with negotiations and works hard to get us the best price possible. We couldn't be happier with the professional service Jim provides!
