I reported to the clinic this morning at 8.05am from Lake Country, and was greeted by a very pleasant lady at the front reception, then went on to the Vision Centre area to wait for my Cataract surgery with Dr Hollands, When I was called in the staff were very friendly and made you feel at ease. Your web page says the clinic is open until 3 PM But , when I came in for blood work at 1:55 PM , I was told that the clinic closes at 2 PM and I was refused service.
