This is quite literally the worst strata company I have dealt with. Since buying our townhouse we have had many different strata managers. It is impossible to get ahold of the correct person to speak to when you have questions or concerns and when you do you are not met with kindness. Upon moving in we were given zero information on the strata and who to contact for our specific complex. Any issue or concern I have had to deal with has been frustrating and taken so much time due to lack of help and timely responses. To this day I still have unanswered questions and concerns. If I could sell my townhouse and move just to get away from this strata company, I would.

Beware!! Of this company... They are not a property management company ! They are a bunch of uneducated , unprofessional lying .extremely disorganized narcissists. They never returns your calls or emails, they make excuses then blame their co workers for their inefficiency. Then when you do finally make contact with them, they accuse you of harassing them! The can never provide any financials when requested by strata councils , pay bills on time for the strata lots they supposedly manage. They consistently make errors in their minutes for the council meetings , having to send out correction notices. They do not use web site access for unit owners to log into , seriously get with the times and stop wasting money. So this seems a little inconspicuous to me ,what type of managing broker named joe will not disclose his surname?. Further I have never attended such an unprofessionally presented, disorganized zoom strata meeting as I did with Stratatech STAY AWAY! .

I have lived in my unit now for 15 years. In that entire time I dealt with several people from Stratatech. I always had a speedy response. I was treated professionally. They listened to me and they always dealt swiftly with any matters brought to their attention. Our buildings were well maintained, yard work always done. Stratatech and it's staff are wonderful to deal with. Five Stars in my book! :) I will add I have been having NOTHING but problems with "HOME LIFE STRATA", how they are still in business is beyond me. Making ridiculous demands on the tenants and threatening to charge them if they don't comply! I can't wait to move now... Strata Tech you guys were the best, I Wish you the best

I have been an owner for six years... not once have I ever seen anyone do their job. Uneducated, disorganized, unable to ever give a concise answer. They will make sure to show their incompetency via any communication you have with them. It is enough to make an owner want to sell their home.

We have used this company for property management services of a condo that we rented for many years. Overall the company has done a good job managing our property as well as the tenant(s) that have occupied it. If there was ever an issue with the unit (repairs, etc) they were quick to address and fix it. We appreciate the companies assistance in helping to manage our property and we did not need to worry about the property while we have been owners.
