If you're thinking of buying real estate of any kind in the OKANOGAN area, you need to stop in at Upper Valley Real Estate and visit with Jerry and Dennis. These guys know everything there is to know about the land, the people, the history, and the buys. I searched up over 40 pieces of land online, drove around hundreds of miles, and was still in a quandary when I stopped in at Upper Valley's office in Tonasket and met Jerry Brothers. He was kind, energetic, and enthusiastic to show me a couple of places I was interested in. Unfortunately he was sick on the day of the appointment and asked Dennis to show me. From the moment we took off Dennis was telling me about the area. We talked like two buddies at a high school reunion. I think he knew who lived in every house on highway 20 and Aeneas Valley. Eventually we got to the site I was interested in. He got out and walked all over the place with me. We looked at 2 or 3 pieces of land and after looking them all over, he said, "I've got one piece I think you'll really like." He was right. I bought the place and that was 5 years ago. Jerry introduced me to good reputable contractors, well diggers, even fishing spots. We've been friends ever since. Jerry and Dennis are the best people I've ever met in real estate. They never pressured me once, but offered information and let the property do the selling. There's nothing fake about them.
