We used Sunbelt Business Brokers to buy a business in Nanaimo from South Africa. Despite the time differences and the difficulties of immigration, we had a very pleasant experience with Mr Naprawa. He had plenty of businesses to show us within our budget; was knowledgeable and we successfully found a business, purchased it and it is still viable several years down the line. Mr Naprawa was professional and had everything timeously completed for us. I would recommend this service to anyone wishing to buy a business.

NOBODY SHOULD HIRE MICHAEL NAPRAWA. He refused to even start my appraisal, citing a divorce and more important clients. He had an excuse every time I requested my appraisal. I paid for the service over 2 years ago, and have seen nothing. He will no longer even answer my emails. Mr. Naprawa is not the business of helping small business owners. He is only in the business of making money, and using money he receives from small business owners to finance his operation. I've contacted the Better Business Bureau, and I will be seeking legal action.

I hired Michael to sell my business and he was very prompt with a valuation and getting it on the market. Michael found a buyer and was instrumental in structuring a deal that got the business sold. Throughout the process he looked after every stage of the process and kept me informed as to what was to happen next. If you are looking for a business or are thinking of selling a business I highly recommend Michael - he served me well and above my expectations.
