Despite of my bad experience reported below Cheryl went above and beyond to make sure my credit card would be canceled and took care of all the charges I had in order to this matter! I’m happy to hear that Cheryl recognized that they need to change and correct the problem as well as she was brave enough to own the problem, take action and fix it! She was nothing but friendly, polite and made excellent use of her empathy! I’m hoping to have the opportunity to interact better with you and the brand in the future! I’m always saying that you can’t tell how good the company is till you have a problem with them, cause problems are human nature, we fail sometimes but how we handle it is what makes us different and unique! Thank you Cheryl! As soon as I get the chance to experience your products and services I’ll be able to make it a 5 star, I now understand that my situation was an exception and am happy to see how you solve it!

If it was possible would give 0 star! I’ve been to a 2 hour lecture that meant to sell the 3 day course, that’s “okay†but they announce it as “networking event†I did not benefit from any networking!
Second they offer you an amazing deal for the 3 day course, so I took it under the condition to confirm it a couple days later, like literally 3 business day later, and I asked that for more then 2 people who said it was no problem at all, that later I found out were volunteer so they were not really well trained - like it was my fault to trust people they choose to represent them - even got a call a couple hours after the lecture and reinforce them it should be done on Monday after I authorize them, they charged my credit card and it went over limit, when I called them they said will take 10-15 days to cancel and that they could do nothing! Interesting is that the bank said they can cancel it immediately! I just think if a person claims they are successful why do such a thing with their potential clients? Is that what you’re gonna teach? How to make shady business? I really help anybody else go through it! Take care folks!
