In the plan view it shows a single dwelling where we live in a duplex. Our property line can be clearly identified by the peak of the roof of our house. On the west side of the peak of the house is our property. On the east side of the peak of the house is our neighbour's property. From this view if you drama a line from the peak of the roof straight down you will see it crosses the deck. This would mean that the deck is actually located partly off our property. Now if we review the Site Plan V will will you things one iew once again you'll notice that the scale for the house is wrong they failed to show the garage and this is very important, if the garage had been placed in the drawing instead of trying to deceive the inspectors it would be noted that the garage door opens outwards and the steps for the deck mean that an individual will be injured using the steps. A normal person stepping off of the beer deck hat can only take one step before his or her face eyes or neck would come in contact with the garage door this is an extreme health risk. One should not have to rest putting themselves in harm's way when utilizing the deck. Y didn't show ou will notice on all of the drawings the windows and doors of the house none of them are identified as to where they are on the house. For an example had the door been identified measuring from the east property line to the very beginning of the door it is 14 feet from the property line. The drawings say that the deck is supposed to be 17.45 feet from the same property line. On the site plan view there are three clear identification points. We are looking at the west side of the drawing. From the property line to the house is 12.82 feet. From the property line to the northwest corner of the deck is 16.18 feet. These two distances clearly indicate that there is a 4 foot difference. Know why I bring this to your attention is that if you look at the top part of the drawing you'll see that the roof extension passed over top of the porch itself extends 4 feet from the edge of the deck. Now how can 4 feet be from the edge of the deck to the end of the roof for the deck when the roof for the the end of the roof of the deck does not line up with the edge of the house therefore they have two different definitions for 4 feet. What I see is that from the edge of the deck to the edge of the property is more like 6 feet and therefore once again the math does not work. The 3-D view first they have the wrong type of house second they have the property line wrong because we have a duplex therefore anything on the left side of the peak of the roof is not our property therefore once again this shows a picture of the deck inside our neighbour's property.
