Brendish Computers

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I felt like once they had my money I didn’t matter.... I spent 650$ at brendish and won’t spend another time. Anytime anyone asks if I know a place for computer repair I let them know whatever you do don’t use brendish. I ordered a part that stopped working after two days and needed to do a exchange for a new part. I immediately called and started the process. I was told I would get a call later that day to confirm a new part had been ordered. After three days without hearing I called them and found out that the rep I dealt with had a family emergency and was off work for awhile ( totally understandable ) this is when everything went very downhill. The new rep I dealt with told me they would get the owner to call me later that day and restart the process of ordering a new part. A week passes without hearing back so I called again. This time I spoke with a new rep that basically repeated the same thing and told me owner would call me back. I wait another week this time speaking with the owner he informs me he will call me back once he finds the file on the computer. Another week passes I call back a fourth time... I speak with another rep he promises me owner will call me back today or tomorrow. Nothing..... so I call back a fifth time after the two days I speak with a rep that informs me owner will call back. I inform them of the situation and that I didn’t want to wait for a call back. I wait on hold until the owner is available to speak with me. He lets me know that he doesn’t have the proper information yet but if I could provide him with it he would order a replacement (it’s been a full month since my first call at this point). I tell him I don’t wish to deal with him anymore, that it was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had and that tomorrow I would be by with the broken part for a refund and I would order the replacement myself. This order originally was to fix up my computer so I could use it in my new retail business that I was about to open. I have been extremely busy over the last month and had to get another computer to deal with the day to day operations.

They sell good computers at a good price. They fix them when they break, fast and fairly. I trust them.

Great service, very helpful, provided options and able to get me up and running. Good prices. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

Great customer service! Had a issue with my MacBook that still had warranty. Apple online support sent me here for service. Nice to see a Apple repair place north of the GTA. Took laptop in first if the week, and had it back by the weekend! Highly recommend Brendish Computers. Thanks again to everyone.

Truly very helpful, friendly!
