Terrible Service

I did attend here for a sleep clinic and was treated very well. I also purchased by CPAP from here. I also went for a stress test. The doctor reading the results for the stress test rudely made a comment about the medication I was on. I reported it via email and never received a response. My CPAP was on recall. When I finally went in there were two young ladies at the. They proceeded running around the office and could not find my replacement machine. Again I went back and when I received the replacement machine it was just thrown in a box. By error, I also returned by mask. Again I reached out via email. No response. I ended up calling the office. Whomever answered was very very rude. Waiting to see if I get a response for a replacement mask. I would recommend never buying your CPAP from here. The after sales service is terrible. Frankly, I wouldn't recommend their services at all.

I found the staff friendly. I was accompanying my son who has autism. I was told I had to wait in a brightly lit waiting room for the night. Very surprised there was no cot or bed for me to sleep in. I ended up sleeping on the floor in waiting room.

Worst front desk secretary I've ever encountered. Incredibly rude and standoffish. Should be removed from duties and someone with some actual professionalism put in.

I've been to the MDAC for a sleep study, to see Dr. Luks, and to get a pulmonary function test. While the front staff aren't overly friendly, they are professional and I've never felt snubbed. They have always dealt with me fairly and professionally. I think that the fact that they are behind glass may make people feel like they are standoffish and it probably makes them less likely to make small chat. The fact that they have to be behind glass tells me that they have had some pretty bad experiences with patients as well. Dr. Luks is phenomenal, the sleep clinic was expectedly awkward, and the respiratory therapists are great.

I got in relatively quick and easily, staff were friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Facility was clean and instructions clear. With all the wires hooked up, it took me maybe an extra 10 minutes to fall asleep.
