Got a call from Amanda Clarkson and this lady is the most unprofessional, rude, bit_h I have come across. She was wrong and would refuse to listen but instead she had a bunch of attitude. The most dogsh_t service ever. ! star is generous for this lady.

garbage company. They act very intimidating and do not work with you on resolving any credit issues. They are quick to threatening legal action within the first call. They just immediately assume you're lying about everything. They refused to identify themselves at the beginning of the call. Their company name sounds like a government agency so you think you'll have to deal with them immediately. Expect the worst treatment

I have been contacted by AMANDA CLARKSON many times. she is unprofessional, will threaten, harass and act in an extremely aggressive fashion if you do not do "as you're told" (her words). I have gone so far as to speak tot he police regarding her actions, and have been advised that I can file criminal charges if she continues. it's funny...if this company hired people who would deport themselves in a professional manner, and work WITH the people, they'd have a far easier job. instead, you get people like this AMANDA person who tries to be tough, but winds up being ignorant and sounding like a petulant child when she isn't getting her way.
