Chris is amazing! He completely services all computer issues at my office, as well as managing all of our computers and computer related issues in our home. He's professional, ALWAYS available and ALWAYS solves the problems. His pricing is reasonable and he understands his clients and their expectations.

I have been using Heavy Consulting for 15 years now and I cant say enough good things about them. They are reliable, conscientious, and up to date on all technologies. I've been a client with Heavy Consulting for the past 2 years, and Chris is always helpful, incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, patient and pleasant to deal with. Whatever poses major problems for me are non-issues for him. Whether providing on-site support or solving problems remotely, he explains root causes and makes sure I'm off and running in no time. His connections for equipment and services are all excellent as well, whether you need a new laptop or web hosting, he knows the best solution for your circumstance. Heavy's great!
