I have recently finished the 28 day kick start program with Encompass fitness. This is one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. Before it started, I had thought I might not take part because I assumed it would be too structured and difficult to fit into a busy schedule with children and a family and full time job etc. After talking with past contestants, I decided to go for it and wow am I glad I did. In just the 28 days, I lost about 13 pounds and even more inches. I feel better than I have in so long. It taught me how to properly portion my meals and exactly what my body needs to fuel it in the healthiest way. Now that it’s over, they continue to give you the tools and guidance you need to continue on with your personal journey and achieve your goals. I was so nervous and skeptical on joining a gym and wondered if I could do it. I bought a yearly membership after the first month because I loved it so so much. They offer so many different times for classes it was easy for me to fit it in my life. I attend 4-6 classes a week and look forward to the end of my work day to hit the gym. Who woulda thought! The trainers are amazing and inspiring and the workouts are always fun and different. Encompass has changed my life and I will keep going and working hard to get to where I want to be, and be healthier and stronger than I have ever been. If you are looking for a positive and healthy change in your life, Encompass will give you all the tools you need. Thanks to Brady and her staff for the help and guidance and positivity to keep me on track. I’m forever grateful!!! 😊😊

Well, I really enjoyed the kickstart program. It finally helped me get started on a weight loss program and it continues to motivate me even on those days I fall a little short of the program. I loved it.

Encompass Fitness was one of the best things I have ever signed up to be apart of! Each trainer is so encouraging and the support of everyone around is always shown. This is a place that I feel comfortable and has made me feel more confident. I would highly recommend Encompass Fitness to anyone any day!

I just started with Encompass in January and its been one of the best decisions I've made, Brady is amazing. She is knowledgeable and very supportive. She's very personable and always eager to help individuals reach their personal goals. All of her workouts are different which makes them enjoyable! Brady has helped me gain confidence in and out of Encompass. Thank you so much Brady for all of your continuous support!!

I never push myself on my own at the gym. In a class environment though, I sure do. And that is where Encompass came in to my own personal fitness journey. The instructors are fabulous. Tough but kind and always make me feel welcome and capable. They challenge me to do my best. I have never felt discouraged.
