Kristal was recommended to us by a friend who used to work with her, and she definitely did not disappoint! Our little guy was not napping well at all, and would only go to bed after being rocked and set down totally asleep. He was also still waking up at least once a night. After working with Kristal, he has learned to put himself to sleep, he naps so much better, and he sleeps through the night every night! We were a little torn on sleep training, but it went much better than we thought it would, and we know that now he's getting the sleep he needs. He goes to bed and down for naps easily, and falls asleep quickly. We were so impressed! Kristal took the time to connect with us via email every day through our two-week period, and she made herself available for phone calls when necessary. We were very happy with her and would definitely work with her again!

Kristal gave such great tips. She had many suggestions that fit in with our family values. She is super knowledgable in the areas of sleep, behaviour and eating. Easy to talk to as well. Would highly recommend her.

My husband and I have a 6 month old boy who wasn’t the greatest sleeper. With all the growth spurts and the teething, sleep is so important. We contacted my cousin and asked who she went through. It was Krystal. SHE’S AMAZING. She explains everything to you, she emails you back when you have questions, she will even take time out of her busy family life to give a call back and explain things to you. I learned a lot from her and how I was actually helping my son develope bad sleeping habits. My son now sleeps through the night. I’m going to say that again. My son sleeps through the night. Oh and when I say sleeps through the night I mean 11 hours of sleep. Yep 11! Krystal is AMAZING at what she does and I highly recommend her.

Kristal is amazing! She created a custom plan for us that she tweaked along the way to fit my baby’s needs. My baby went from only napping in my arms and waking every 20 minutes at night to napping in her crib and waking 1-2 times a night for feedings. Kristal is pleasant, responsive, and supportive. We couldn’t have done it without her, and now we have the tools we need to get through the sleep issues that may arise as my baby grows and develops. I HIGHLY recommend her to everyone looking for help with their baby’s sleep!
