Three years ago I ended a relationship with my fist love. It was so hard to get over him. I never realized you can grieve a relationship but you really can, all the good times, the change in your life feels like something or someone was missing. I thought that day by day it would go away but I let it slide for nearly 3 years and I wasn't feeling any better. It's so beautiful to realize all the money I invested into grief counselling really helped me grow into the woman I am today. I was on medication for 4 years to help me feel "not sad or anxious". I can truly say this 8 week program has worked better than 4 years of me being on medication. If you, or someone you know is grieving I highly recommend reading "the grief recovery method". It has helped me take the right step in the direction I have always wanted to be in. The future I have always wanted has finally became a reality. Not only with the man of my dreams but with who I am as a person. I can say I truly love who I am. November 2016 will be 1 year since I last took the medication and I have not been as happy as I am today. Thank you to Ashley for her amazing support throughout this program. It's nice to know that there is something out there that can naturally help us oppose to medication.
