When my husband developed serious health problems and could no longer work we tried to keep payments on everything up to date. We couldn't and decided we would have to file for bankruptcy. We talked to one of the company's advisors and were treated with respect and kindness. They explained every step we would have to go through clearly. If we had a question they answered them without hesitation. A very professional place, but more importantly, a very understanding and kind company. I would highly recommend them for anyone who is thinking about the large step of bankruptcy. It's not an easy decision to make and the people at Bromwich & Smith made it a much more easier decision to live with.

7 years ago I went through a bad divorce and subsequently had some big financial problems as well as having some bad personal issues as a result of a divorce and custody of my children etc. I felt like I was backed into a corner and drowning in my problems (financial & personal). Once I had made the hard decision to contact Sandy Lyons at Bromwich & Smith, I felt like there was hope from all of the walls coming in on me. Sandy was very professional and helped explain in simple terms how the process would work. I would highly recommend using his services. It isn't an easy thing to go through but after speaking with Sandy he helped a lot to put my mind at ease and have someone who is a professional take over the helm and just listen to his suggestions & advice. Once there was darkness and now there is light. Thanks again for all of your help!!!

Sandy and Vanessa are fantastic. They are both compassionate and understanding. They really listen to you which is very rare these days. If there is a way to not declare bankruptcy they will find a solution, they will check for all alternatives or options. You leave with your dignity in tack. Thankyou so much Sandy and Vanessa
