Vanessa is amazing. I've seen a dozen psychologists in my lifetime, and she is the only one who has ever been able to help me. She truly cares. The office is a very calming environment to be in. Also, their website is great because you can book online which is very convenient because you can see availability right there instead of going back and forth with a receptionist trying to figure out which day will work. I'm so happy I found Vanessa, she has truly changed my life for the better.

Really not happy with how this company operates. For starters no one ever answers the phone. Some of the people that are tying to book appointments are in some of the most turbulent and sensitive moments in their life. So having to call repeatedly to book an appointment seems careless and dangerous to me. It would be very easy for someone that's already on the fence about reaching out for help to quit trying after the second failed attempt. Then just over all i really got the impression it was all about the money and they don't really care about the clients. I also have a friend that had an appointment booked but they canceled it on her without notifying her at all. She's going through a really hard time and said she really needed a session that day only to be tuned away when she showed up. Over all not a pleasant experience for both of us, we'll be trying to find somewhere else.
