Julie patiently listened to my wife and my marital struggles, offered direct honest feedback and helped us to find solutions. My wife and I send immense gratitude to Julie as she is part of the reason our marriage has survived. I highly recommend Julie for any of your personal, professional or preparatory counselling for life skills or improvement. She is compassionate, understanding and professional.

Couple's counselling with Julie was a really wonderful experience. We went to address some recurring issues that we just didn't have the language to resolve ourselves and it was so helpful. We were initially concerned about the cost, but it's hard to put a price on your emotional well-being and we felt the price was fair and just agreed to take each session as it came. Having an objective, kind and compassionate third party bear witness to what we had to say was very meaningful and really gave us the tools we needed to make our relationship better on our own as well. What we learned in one session has stayed with us for the months since we went and I credit Julie for helping us work it out. We feel comforted knowing we can go back if we need to, but the impact definitely lasts well beyond the session.

Julie has a way of making problems that seem complicated feel manageable. I highly recommend her.
