I believe that many teens may need guidance in dealing with the potential pressures that can go hand and hand with being in that age group: social pressure (looking a certain way, being popular), pressure to excel at school, getting that perfect job so you can have that perfect life. The list goes on and on and can be completely daunting. That these pressures can be anxiety producing is to say the least. While I consider myself to be a good parent, I'm not a qualified counsellor. I really believe that teens and people of all ages ought to go to a counsellor when they feel anxiety, depression and social fears. It helps to cope with feelings and sets us up for a lifetime of good mental and emotional habits. The ability to self nurture cannot be overrated. Sheri is the perfect person for my teenagers to talk to. They have really evolved and matured under her direction and are more confident. Their relationship with one another has also changed significantly. They just adore her trustworthy, peaceful attitude and thoughtful demeanor and always look forward to seeing her. Not just teens to her, she vaildates them and helps them find their way. I cannot recommend her enough.

Sherri has a warm, honest presence. Whatever your concerns are, she will make you feel safe to open up. She genuinely cares and has helped me to discover the path to my most authentic self. I would highly recommend her as a counsellor.

I have no words to describe how fundamental my sessions with Sheri have been to me. She helped me navigate through difficult times in my life. In retrospective, I don't believe I would have been able to take appropriate decisions if I didn't have the tools learned from her. I highly recommend Sheri.

My experience with Sheri has been life changing. In my 30's I decided to make a change and get help with my personal life experiences.. I have been seeing Sheri for over two years now on a biweekly basis and look forward to every session. Sheri's commitment to our time together is a true testament to her truly caring and wanting to see me (her clients) succeed in my personal challenges and goal. I always feel comfortable being completely open and honest with Sheri during our sessions. I never feel judge or embarrassed . Sheri has this way of following my personal story, I never feel I have to recap or go over issues she is invested in my personal growth. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend sheri to anyone needing an ear to listen, a safe haven to release your personal challenges with a guiding hand in the direction to better mental health ...
